Privacy notice
This notice explains what Platform Leadgen does with the details you give us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, and, if you choose to add them, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from. We collect nothing else.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean writing back to you, preparing the buyer map you asked for, or replying to a question. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to the conversation, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone. They are read only by the people at Platform Leadgen who are handling your request.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. Fonts are loaded from a public font service so the pages display as intended.
Asking us to delete your details
You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to emily.jones@platformleadgen.co or use the contact form, and we will remove it and confirm when that is done. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
