What you get
The whole engine, and then the keys.
An engagement with us has a shape. It starts with a free read of your situation and ends with your own people running what we built. Here is what sits in between.
The buyer map
A plain read, before anyone signs anything.
We look at how you win business today and write it down in a few pages. The channels you run. The ones that sit idle. The lists nobody has worked. Where an engine would fit, and where it would be a waste of your money.
It is free. You keep it whether or not we ever work together, and nobody follows it up with a deck.
The build
We design the roads you never paved.
Who to reach, why now, what to say and in what order. We find the people, research each of them, and write to every one as a person with a job and a problem, rather than a row in a file.
Around the outbound core we shape the answer layer. The pages, press and short video a curious buyer finds when they look you up. The search and answer engine work that helps an AI assistant put your name on a shortlist.
The run
We staff it, and we run it.
The channels need people behind them, so we provide them. Every message is reviewed by a human before it goes. Anyone who asks us to stop is stopped and stays stopped.
We report against the baseline we agreed with you at the start. In plain language, with the slow weeks left in, so you can judge the work on what it actually did.
The handover
Everything moves to your side.
When the engine is producing pipeline, we hand it over in full.
- The playbook, written for your people to follow.
- The data, in your own systems, under your name.
- The sequences and the thinking behind each one.
- Training for whoever runs it next, from the people who built it.
No license to renew. No vendor to keep happy so the lights stay on.
What we will not do
A few things we turn down.
We will not buy a list and blast it. We will not let anything go out that a person has not read. We will not keep you dependent on us. And we will not tell you an engine fits when the buyer map says it does not.
Every engagement is shaped by the roads you are missing, so we talk about cost once we have read your situation together. The buyer map is how that conversation starts.
See your own map first.
Tell us a little about your company and we will write back with a read of which roads you run and which ones are waiting.
